Full Year Program, 2025-26 Dance Season
Classes Begin September 15, 2025
BDC’s Core Program continues in 6th and 7th Grades with Dynamics. The Core Program is for those who aim to be well-rounded dancers, learning multiple styles: ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary. Electives are also available for this age group.
Dynamic Hip Hop is an optional class for Dynamics dancers-only who would like to continue to take Hip Hop. Limited spots are available. We will open another section if there is enough interest.
Hip Hop Hour is available for 6th graders who are not a part of our Core Program who would like to enroll in Hip Hop.
Core Program
Dynamics
Dynamics 1 - 6th Grade
Dynamics 2 - 7th Grade
Dynamics will meet twice weekly with the same core group. This class will provide dancers the repetition to maximize their ability to progress and become skilled, well-rounded dancers.
In Dynamics, dancers will meet twice a week for two hours at a time. During this time frame, dancers will have ballet, tap, and a jazz class that will include lyrical and contemporary. Dancers will have ballet barre twice a week. Their second ballet class will include leaps, turns, and flexibility training. These dancers will perform at least 3 dances in the Recital.
Prerequisites to join Dynamics: If you are a new student to BDC, you must have a dance evaluation to join Dynamics. Prior dance training is required. Please contact the studio.
A Note about Ballet: Ballet is an essential component to developing as a dancer. All technical work such as leaps, turns, kicks, extensions, and body control stem from ballet training. The necessary understanding of body alignment and isolations come from ballet training as well. Ballet allows dancers to quickly pick up the styles of jazz, lyrical, and contemporary.
Tuition: Pricing Varies by Program
Two Tuition Payments: 1st upon Registration and 2nd on December 4, 2025.
Costume Fee: $115 per Costume (3 Costumes)

Dynamic Hip Hop
For Dynamics Dancers Only
Dynamic Hip Hop is a 45 minute class for Dynamics dancers-only (those enrolled in our Core Program). This class will be an extension of the Hip Hop training dancers received in Progressions. This class will perform one dance in the Recital. There are limited spots in this class.
Tuition: Two separate payments of $460*
Costume Fee: $115

Hip Hop Hour
4th-6th Grades
In Hip Hop Hour, dancers will explore their individual style and dance to popular music. They will learn to move to the beat, building musicality, control, and coordination. For Hip Hop Hour, dancers do not need to be enrolled in Dynamics to join. Dancers will perform ONE dance in the recital. These classes mix 4th-6th grades.
Tuition: Two separate payments of $515*
